This year employees at the Hansen's Group of Companies (HGC) corporate head office, made another remarkable impact to the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities (SCHC) Food Bank with a delivery of over 400 lbs of food and personal self-care items.
Mike Hansen - CEO, HGC and John DiBernardo - COO/CFO, HGC were delighted to present Kevin Wood (Volunteer) with SCHC a cheque of $2500.00.
Food banks are experiencing over 100% in usage during the Holiday Season. As Kevin stated the need is critical and urgent.
Hansen's has held its Summer Food Drive earlier this year and with this Holiday Food Drive brings some hope to the SCHC and the community it serves.
